About

Mantra is chord of breath.
Tantra is energy of body.
Yantra is itself body.
And the one and only who commands over all three is the Immortal “SHIVA“.

Tantra is a Vidya – a living body of knowledge – which sees everything in the universe as interrelated and interconnected. As such, everything is pure. There are 3 main schools –Dakshina marga the right hand path which uses worship, puja, yagna, yantra and mantra amongst its practices, it is the more conservative path of purity and science. The Vama marga is the left hand path and uses extreme practices often in the smarshan (the cremation ground) to get beyond our conditioning of what is right and wrong. The third path is the direct path and only inquires into the nature of self with no ritual practices, only surrender to life, to each and every moment as it arises. This is where the dualistic
path of Tantra meets the non dualistic path of Advaita Vedanta..
